3 Hours CTLE available

Keynote Speaker and Workshop Presenter:

                        Joshua Bornstein, Ph.D. Felician University

Schools are notorious for replicating society’s inequalities and biases. Although money is a salient factor in the inequality equation, the issues are not just economic.

Race is also a major factor.  Our term for a likely path for young black men, the School to Prison Pipeline, is frighteningly true.

Our presenter, Dr. Josh Bornstein, is an expert school leader with expertise in reducing inequality in public schools in New York.  His landscape lecture will provide participants with the state of our schools and their leadership today.  Participants will experience conducting an Equity Audit in the workshop.
